TikTok Application Notice
These Terms of Use also apply to “Creator Media Platform” – our TikTok content management application used by Finanse EMG to schedule and publish educational content for entrepreneurs.
The Creator Media Platform application is used exclusively by Finanse EMG staff to manage our company’s TikTok account (@finanseemg) and provide consistent educational content about business registration, accounting, and entrepreneurship in Poland.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Finanse EMG website (finanseemg.pl), our services, and our Creator Media Platform application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Description of Services
Finanse EMG provides business consulting services including:
- Business registration and incorporation services
- Accounting and bookkeeping services
- Tax consulting and optimization
- Legal support for entrepreneurs
- HR and payroll services
- Educational content about business management (published via TikTok and other platforms using Creator Media Platform)
3. Creator Media Platform Application
Creator Media Platform is our internal application for managing educational content on TikTok.
Purpose: To schedule and publish educational videos about entrepreneurship, business registration, accounting, and legal compliance for our TikTok audience.
Use: The application is used solely by authorized Finanse EMG team members for our company account @finanseemg.
User Authorization: By using Creator Media Platform, authorized users agree to:
- Use the application only for publishing Finanse EMG educational content
- Maintain confidentiality of application credentials
- Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Create content that is accurate, professional, and helpful to entrepreneurs
4. User Responsibilities
Users of our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Finanse EMG and is protected by Polish and international copyright laws.
All content created and published through Creator Media Platform, including educational videos, descriptions, and materials, is the intellectual property of Finanse EMG.
6. Service Limitations
Finanse EMG provides professional services to the best of our ability. However:
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- Services are subject to availability and capacity
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
7. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made according to agreed terms. Prices are subject to change with notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business data in accordance with Polish data protection laws and GDPR requirements.
Information accessed through Creator Media Platform (including TikTok user data) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for content scheduling purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Finanse EMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Creator Media Platform application.
10. Third-Party Services
Creator Media Platform integrates with TikTok’s API services. Use of TikTok through our application is also subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Polish jurisdiction.
