TikTok Application Notice
This Privacy Policy also applies to “Creator Media Platform” – our TikTok content management application.
Creator Media Platform is an internal tool used exclusively by Finanse EMG staff to schedule and publish educational content on TikTok for entrepreneurs.
Data collected by the application:
- Basic TikTok profile information (user ID, display name)
- Information about published videos (title, description, hashtags)
- Scheduling and publication timestamps
Data usage: The Creator Media Platform application does not share personal data with third parties and is used solely by authorized Finanse EMG personnel for our company TikTok account (@finanseemg).

Finanse EMG respects users’ right to privacy and ensures the security of data provided by users. We attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of users whose personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
Personal data is processed only by trained employees who have been granted appropriate authorization by Finanse EMG.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

3. Creator Media Platform Application
Purpose: Creator Media Platform is our internal application for scheduling and publishing educational content about entrepreneurship, business registration, and accounting on TikTok.
Data Processing:
- The application processes TikTok user authentication data (OAuth tokens)
- Video metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags, scheduling information)
- Account information for @finanseemg TikTok account
Access: Only authorized Finanse EMG employees have access to the application.
Third-Party Integration: The application integrates with TikTok API services. Use of TikTok through our application is also subject to TikTok’s own Privacy Policy.
Data Security: All data processed through Creator Media Platform is handled with the same security standards as our other services, in compliance with GDPR requirements.
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to them as specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations).
- Consent-based processing: Until consent is withdrawn
- Legitimate interest: Until objection is raised
- Legal obligations: As required by law (typically 5 years for accounting data)
- Creator Media Platform data: Retained as long as necessary for content scheduling and publication purposes
After the above period, personal data will be stored until claims expire or until the obligation to store data under legal regulations expires.
